Regarding the No More Fake News Premium Content site

Netscape 4.7/4.8 blank screen problem
Q. After I enter my email address and password and click Logon I get a blank screen.

A. Although the screen appears to be blank, the content is probably displaying off the viewable screen.  You can verify this by using the view source command of the browser.  If you see a lot of HTML code when you view the source, it's there, it's just not displaying where you can see it.  There are some known problems with Netscape 4.77 & 4.8  displaying table data properly.  The solution is to upgrade to a newer version of Netscape or use another browser.  We test the site using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape and Opera.  

Login fields go blank
Q. When I enter my email address and password and click Logon the login screen redisplays with the address and password fields blank.  I can't login because of this!

A. Your browser is probably set to not allow any cookies.  You need to enable cookies. The Premium Content site uses session cookies to keep you logged in as you move from page to page.   Session cookies do not remain on your system after you logout of the site.

I didn't receive my login password
Q. I purchased a subscription but never received my login password.

A. All accounts are created within 24 hours, often much sooner.  Enter your email address in the login screen, leave the password field blank and click login.  If you have an account, the password will be emailed to you.  If you get  message that no account exists, please email memberships@nomorefakenews.com.

Paying by check or money order
Q. Can I purchase a subscription by check or money order?
